Results of the 2012 Metatheke client satisfaction survey

Between May and July 2012, Metatheke conducted a client survey to collect data regarding:

  • client satisfaction degree and trends;
  • product or process related aspects impacting satisfaction;
  • strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Data was collected with an online survey sent by e-mail to clients of maintenance services and development projects.

Globally clients consider the service provided by Metatheke to be very good:

  • 4,9 on a scale of 1 to 5 on development projects;
  • 4,5 on a scale of 1 to 5 on maintenance services.

Our clients contribute was essential to identify strengths and areas to improve, and opportunities for improvement were identified in the areas of communication and maintenance.

It is also important to emphasize the growth in the client satisfaction indicatior (the weighed average of the survey results) - 4,6 on a scale of 1 to 5 in 2012 – and the participation rate – 63,2% in 2012.
