Metatheke renews its ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 certifications

Metatheke renewed in December 2011 the certifications of its Quality and IT Service Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 standards. The renewal was given after the Surveillance Audit conducted by APCER in the 23rd and 24th of November 2011.

The certifications renovation reflects the organizations effort in assuring the conformity, availability and performance of its services, the satisfaction of its customers and the continual improvement of its methodologies and management system.
